Studio terms for booking and visiting

1. Agreement by booking

These terms apply when you request, confirm, or keep an appointment at Trish’s Lashes — Brows & Beauty Studio in La Quinta, California. Clicking submit on the online booking form, completing a booking, or receiving a service means you accept these terms together with the studio policy, service warranty, and privacy policy.

If you do not agree, please do not submit a booking. You may call the studio to discuss another way to schedule.

2. Phone verification and appointment confirmation

We will verify the phone number you enter and send your appointment confirmation to that number.

Please enter a working mobile number that can receive texts. If we cannot verify the number, we may be unable to confirm the appointment and may release the time.

3. SMS, reminders, and birthday treats

The public online booking form is our SMS opt-in form. It shows a clearly labeled phone number field and an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox separate from the terms agreement. By providing your phone number and checking that box, you agree to receive SMS appointment reminders and occasional birthday promotional offers from Trish’s Lashes — Brows & Beauty Studio.

4. Booking, deposits, and cancellations

Your time is reserved for you. Please give the notice required in our studio policy if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits, late arrivals, and no-shows are handled as described on that page.

Beauty services are cosmetic, not medical. Results vary. Completed labor is not refundable except as stated in the limited service warranty.

5. Client profile information

We collect your name, phone number, and optional email and birthday to maintain your client profile, confirm appointments, send reminders, and — when you ask — send a birthday treat. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
