1. Information we collect
Trish’s Lashes — Brows & Beauty Studio (“we,” “our,” “the studio”) collects information you provide when you book, inquire, visit, or contact us, including:
- Contact and profile: name, phone number, email, and birthday.
- Appointment details: requested service, artist, date and time, notes, and visit history.
- Service records: consultation notes, aftercare acknowledgements, photos you allow us to take, and warranty or feedback messages.
- Website activity: pages visited, referral source, and similar analytics used to understand studio traffic. We use Google Analytics on this site.
- Messages: content you send through contact, booking, or feedback forms.
Please do not send sensitive medical records through public forms. Share health details that affect a beauty service directly with your artist as needed for a safe appointment.
2. Why we collect phone, email, and birthday
We collect phone number, email, and birthday during appointment booking in order to:
- establish and maintain your client profile;
- confirm appointments and send appointment reminders;
- offer birthday promotions and similar studio courtesy messages;
- communicate about scheduling, aftercare, warranty, or questions you raise;
- improve our services and keep accurate salon records.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal effects. Birthday is used for goodwill promotions, not for public posting.
3. We do not sell customer information
We do not sell customer information to third-party services. We do not share your phone, email, or birthday with marketers, data brokers, or unrelated businesses for their own advertising. That is a studio guarantee.
If California privacy law would treat certain analytics or advertising cookies as “sharing,” we still do not sell client lists. You may request that we limit promotional messages at any time.
4. Who we share information with
We may disclose information only as needed to operate the studio:
- Booking and communication tools that send reminders or store appointments;
- Payment processors if you pay by card;
- Website and hosting providers that keep this site online;
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, to protect the studio, or to address fraud or safety issues.
Those providers are not permitted to sell your information. Artists on our team see only what they need to perform and follow up on your service.
5. Your choices
You may ask us to:
- correct a name, phone number, email, or birthday;
- stop promotional or birthday messages (appointment-related messages may still be necessary if you keep a booking);
- tell you what profile information we hold, subject to salon record-keeping needs;
- delete information we are not required to keep for appointments, accounting, warranty, or legal purposes.
California residents may also have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing, under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Because we do not sell customer information, there is no client-list sale to opt out of. To make a request, email trish@trishslashes.com or call (760) 775-7090. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
6. Security, cookies, and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect client information. No website or salon system is perfectly secure. Please use a private device when submitting forms.
This site may use cookies or similar tools for essential booking functions and traffic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not work if they are blocked.
We keep appointment and client-profile records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranty, and meet bookkeeping or legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.
