Photo instructions

What to send for review

• Send clear, close-up photos in natural daylight, preferably facing a window.
• Do not wear makeup over the previous work in the photos.
• Do not use filters, beauty mode, dark lighting, or heavy editing.
• Include straight-on and side-angle photos so we can see shape, color, placement, saturation, and symmetry.
• Tell us how many times the area has been worked on, when the last service was, who performed it if known, and whether any removal has been done.
• Tell us what you want changed: shape, color, thickness, symmetry, warmth, darkness, fading, or scarred texture.

Send photos to the studio before booking or bring them to an in-person consultation if you prefer to discuss options first.

Planning appointment

Consultation may be required

Some corrective cases require an in-person consultation before we can quote, map, or book the procedure. During consultation we may review your skin, current pigment, skin integrity, symmetry, color, scar tissue, and whether your goals are realistic.

A consultation does not guarantee that corrective work can be performed. It helps us build a safer plan and avoid making an existing issue worse.

Professional judgment

Approval is not guaranteed

We may decline or postpone corrective work if the pigment is too dark, too saturated, poorly placed, scarred, irritated, infected, too fresh, or outside the look we can responsibly improve. We may also decline if the requested result is unrealistic for your skin and previous work.

• Dark or saturated work may need lightening before new pigment can be added.
• Incorrect placement may not be fixable by adding more pigment.
• Scar tissue and repeated procedures can affect how new pigment heals.
• Color correction may need more than one appointment and may still heal unpredictably.

Outside artist work

Foreign touch-up and price review

If you believe your previous work does not need a full new procedure or major correction, send photos for review. A foreign touch-up price may be considered only when the shape, placement, color, remaining pigment, and skin condition are suitable.

Touch-up pricing is generally reserved for existing studio clients. First-time clients with work from another studio are usually treated as new or corrective clients unless management approves otherwise.

Booking policy

Deposit and appointment protection

• Do not book a corrective procedure until photos are approved or a consultation is completed.
• Failure to send photos before a scheduled corrective appointment may result in losing the deposit if the service cannot proceed.
• If we approve a plan, arrive with the area clean and free of makeup so the artist can confirm the work still matches the reviewed photos.
• If the area changes between approval and appointment day, tell us immediately.

Realistic outcomes

Results, removal, and no guarantee

Corrective work is more complex than new work. The old pigment remains part of the result, and new pigment cannot always cover, neutralize, or reshape previous work. Additional sessions, color correction, lightening, laser removal, saline removal, or referral to a removal specialist may be recommended.

There is no warranty or guaranteed cosmetic result for permanent makeup or corrective work performed on your skin. Corrective appointments, removal, color boosts, and additional sessions may be charged separately.
